Carvia s.r.o., travel agency (TA), ID: 02604884, TID CZ02604884: registered at the Regional Court in Hradec Králové under the provision of accommodation, transport services, sale of tours and guide services (the "Service"). These General Terms and Conditions are part of the contractual agreement between the customer and the travel agency.
Persons under 15 years of age may participate in the trip only if accompanied by a responsible person aged 18 years and persons aged 15 to 18 years, submit written parental consent if the tour itself does not participate.

The customer is not entitled to any other benefits and services than those that form part of the trip, respectively. expressly established program and paid the total price.

If a customer is satisfied with the quality of the services provided, is entitled to make a claim in accordance with § 2540 Civil Code and the Law no. 634/1992 Coll., On consumer protection. Defects and deficiencies, the customer must claim without undue delay, within one month from the use of services, preferably at the time of pumping services (trip), and writing with a representative of TA, landlords or contractor at the site of use of services (during the trip).
Price of stay does not include insurance (medical expenses, insurance office, responsibility, accidents and other insurance circumstances). By entering into self-insurance is a contractual relationship only between the customer and the insurance company.
